Our Program
The Back on Track program being offered by In Sight of Dreams, in partnership with Resilia, is the perfect blend of Peer Group Support, Mentoring and Targeted counselling provided by a Rehabilitation Psychologist or Counsellor that sees our participants set, work toward and achieve personal goals.
ISOD’s Back on Track program is an individually tailored program; uniquely designed for each participant. Our teams work with each of our participants, to identify their needs and goals. Depending on these goals they will be paired with either a psychologist or counsellor who is of similar age life stage, with the aim to build a good therapeutic relationship.
The program differs from other forms of psychology or counselling in that the teams we work with have extensive experience in the disability and injury fields. Each participant will receive five sessions with their rehabilitation psychologist or counsellor. In addition to these sessions, each participant can nominate a family member or friend to receive two sessions.
This unique program, can aid participants with:

- Coaching and counselling
- Dreams and Goal setting
- Realignment of values and goals in the face of acquired disability
- Interactions with family and loved ones
- Recognising and acknowledging the emotions that come with these big changes.
